- free ‘getting-to-know each other’ consultation
(60 minutes) -
agreement on coaching goals and contracting
(90 minutes) - depending on the agreed goals: weekly coaching sessions, full day, or weekend
- constant evaluation and feedback with contracting client during the process
(45 minutes each) - closing session
(90 minutes)

- individual coaching schedule and methods
- quality assurance by summarising and evaluating each session
- on demand: telephone and/or email coaching during the process
- coaching items (metaplan, questionnaires, flipchart etc.)
