Coaching course
- free ‘getting-to-know each other’ consultation in order to get to know each other
(60 minutes) - agreement on coaching goals and contracting
(90 minutes) - depending on the agreed goals, between 5 and 10 coaching sessions (90 minutes each)
- closing session
(90 minutes)
Services included
- first consultation free of charge
- individual coaching schedule and methods
- quality assurance by summarising and evaluating each session

- coaching items (metaplan, questionnaires, flipchart etc.)
- on demand: telephone and/or email coaching during the process
Fees
- 5 sessions (90 minutes each) individual coaching:
85 € per session - 10 sessions (90 minutes each) individual coaching:
75 € per session
Prices are inclusive.
If the coaching sessions does not take place in Hanover, a travel allowance and other appropriate expenses will be added to the fee.
Students and senior citizens with valid identification will be granted a fee reduction of 25%.
If coaching is a part of your business cost it may be tax deductible.
