Procedure
If you are interested in learning how the coaching process can help you, do not hesitate to contact ProfilInvest. Your first consultation is free of charge and without obligation.

Once you are satisfied the coaching methods can help you attain your goals, the real coaching dialogues may begin. Each session last 90 minutes and normally takes place every two weeks. The coaching process is divided into four steps:












After the last coaching session there will be a comprehensive evaluation of the entire process. You will have the opportunity to assess to what extent your aims have been achieved and what you have learned during the coaching sessions. The process ends by taking a look at your future prospects. Here you have the opportunity to define your next steps and where you may find further support in attaining your goals.

Having put your new knowledge into practice, you may want to share your experiences in a feedback talk. During this session you have the opportunity to report your initial success and discuss the difficulties you may still face. The new coaching support will help you to find new insights and ideas strengthening you in pursuing your goals.
